Year 6: WWII Day
On Tuesday 7 November 2017, Year 6 had a World War Two Day.
On Tuesday 7 November 2017, Year 6 had a World War Two Day. They had a fantastic time visiting the Methodist Church for a WW2 experience.
Dressed as evacuees, they were immersed in WW2 stories and songs, learnt all about rationing and how to ‘Dig for Victory!’ As always, we are very grateful to Rev. Sharon and her willing band of volunteers from the Methodist Church for organising such a fantastic learning experience for the children.
