Some children in Year 4 had an enjoyable start to their Forest School programme this week. They enjoyed exploring the space where some of them decided to create a trim trail. After they all designed and made special areas for a 'Robin Convention' happening this weekend. They included: a 'bird paradise' complete with multi-level perches and swimming pool;  a luxury penthouse bedroom with extensive views and bird bath at ground level; a cosy tree stump retreat; helipad and landing strip and a squirrel chill-out zone to keep them away from the robins. There was even a trading post for resources set up.
